In this infused class, we will:
- Learn about the chakras: colors, qualities and locations
- Experience the chakras with the aid of gentle yoga, affirmations & pure essential oils
- Understand how the chakras work together
- Spend extra time with the Heart Chakra
- Learn to direct your energies inwards and upwards to become more aware of your own inner peace and joy.
- Complete the practice with deep relaxation & guided meditation, leaving you feeling calm and rejuvenated.
All experience levels welcome; bring a glass or stainless-steel water container; dress comfortably.
