Yoga Basics Workshop at CSA

Basics Workshop covers foundations of yoga including safety, comfort and alignment; breathing/ pranayama/ meditation and overview of the eight limbs of yoga. Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced practitioners. Come with an empty stomach and wear comfortable clothing. Contact Sandi if you need to borrow a yoga mat.
