Energy is subtle vibration. But with practice, anyone can learn to tap into their own energy, become more aware of their own energy, and learn simple practices to enhance not only physical well-being, but also mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual well-being.
Join us to learn about and explore energy a variety of ways. Each workshop can be taken separately or take all three to maximize the benefits.
Workshop # 3 will focus on experiencing energies within and around the body through the practice of yoga nidra. Yoga nidra is a deeply relaxing experience that:
- is completely effortless
- reduces stresses
- lessens anxiety and PTSD
- improves sleep quality and combats insomnia
- enhances cognitive function
- improves self-awareness
- enhances awareness of Presence itself
What to bring:
- yoga mat or blanket to lie down on
- bolster or firm blanket to roll into a bolster
- pillow or folded town to go under the head
- shawl or lightweight blanket to cover up with
- any other props to enhance comfort and relaxation such as an eye pillow
