After releasing tension from the body and mind through gentle Ananda Yoga, lie down with any props desired to maximize your comfort. Then simply listen as the instructor guides you through the experience of yoga nidra.
Deeply relaxing, yoga nidra offers many healing benefits to the body and mind. Although often referred to as "sleep' or "yogic sleep," the practitioner is actually in a relaxed state of awareness akin to the the 3-5 minutes typically experienced just before falling to sleep at night.
