In a world that moves quickly, it’s easy to lose touch with the quiet wisdom that lives within us. Meditation offers a way back — a gentle, steadying practice to help soften the noise, settle the mind, and reconnect with your own inner guidance. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this workshop is designed to support you in building (or rebuilding) a practice that feels nourishing, sustainable, and deeply your own.
During our time together, we’ll explore simple, accessible techniques to prepare the body, calm the breath, and focus the mind. You’ll learn foundational practices that help you get started with confidence, as well as subtle refinements that can deepen an existing practice. We’ll move at a relaxed pace, blending short instructional periods with guided experiences so you can feel the effects directly — not just understand them conceptually.
You’ll leave with practical tools you can use at home, a clearer sense of what meditation can look like in everyday life, and a renewed connection to your inner stillness. No experience is needed; just bring your curiosity, your breath, and a willingness to slow down.
Suggested: Dress comfortably and avoid heavy foods before the workshop.
